YOGA RETREATS

a new road or a secret gate.”

Upcoming Retreat:

Metamorphose:
A Spring Wknd Retreat

Howell, Michigan

April 25th - April 27th

This is not your breaking. This is your becoming.

The hardest things in life shape you in ways nothing else can. The moments that feel unbearable are the ones that shift you the most. They stretch the edges of who you thought you were, making space for who you’re meant to become.

Strength isn’t something you find—it’s something you build, brick by brick, in the quiet moments when you choose to keep going.

You are not here to avoid the fire. You are here to walk through it, to let it burn away what no longer serves you, and to rise from the ashes—lighter, freer, and more yourself than ever before.

What to Expect

Brandon and I have designed this weekend with deep intention, weaving together movement, breath, and connection to create a space for true renewal.

  • Daily Yoga & Strength Training – Move with purpose, reconnect with your body

  • Cold Plunge & Sauna Therapy – Reset your nervous system

  • Guided Meditation & Breathwork – Calm the mind, expand your awareness

  • Human Connection & Community Building – Deep conversations, shared experiences

  • Nourishing Meals – Delicious, wholesome food to fuel your body

  • Rest & Reflection – Space to slow down and realign with yourself

Who This Retreat is For:

This weekend is for anyone seeking a reset—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you're feeling stuck, burnt out, or simply in need of a deep exhale, this retreat will help you realign with your energy, purpose, and inner strength. No previous experience with yoga, strength training or cold plunge & sauna needed :).

In the rush of everyday life, we forget to pause. We push through stress, silence our inner voice, and put ourselves last. But true transformation doesn’t happen in busyness and default, it happens in the stillness, in the space where we allow ourselves to breathe, to feel, and to reconnect.

Previous Retreat Experiences

“The dream of my life
is to lie down by a slow river
and stare at the light in the trees -
to learn something by being nothing
A little while
but with the rich
lens of attention.”

–Mary Oliver
